Vincent Street Bungalow

This project included running through a Lot Severance process along with several Minor Variances with the Township and County in order to create a new lot. Once the lot was created, a new 1,400 sq.ft bungalow was designed to fit in with the surrounding neighborhood and appease the clients who were desiring open concept single floor living.
